Laughing Tao is a healing center that offers acupuncture in Central Illinois. Our mission is to provide care that empowers people to walk their own unique path towards health and healing. We seek to partner with our patient's care team to provide them with the most high quality, comprehensive care. We are a nonprofit care center that partners with local organizations to provide acupuncture free of cost to underserved populations in Central Illinois.
WHO WE ARE
We're a husband and wife team with six awesome kids and one big, friendly dog. We met in acupuncture school and fell in love with each other - and the dream of offering healing services to the community we live in. We are a home-based business, so if you're turned off by the occasional bark or enthusiastic kid, please consider an alternative acupuncturist.
10% of every acupuncture appointment, as well as the missed appointment fees we receive are funneled back into our Pay It Forward program. Pay It Forward makes it possible for us to partner with local organizations and provide acupuncture free of cost to underserved members of our community, including veterans, amputees, victims of domestic violence, and others.
